“I have to go, this pitch is making me physically ill.”
That’s what I heard from a friend of mine during the pitch portion of a recent event we went to.
Have you ever gotten that uncomfortable feeling in the pit of your stomach that sometimes with a sales pitch?
You feel like they have an agenda.
Even if they haven’t started to sell yet something feels “off.”
Having someone try to “hard close” you is often very uncomfortable both for the person being pitched and if they are honest the person pitching.
But it doesn’t have to be this way, there is an easier way to sell using stories!
Storytelling or in this case story selling is one of the best ways to make sales, without feeling salesy, sleazy or gross.
In this video, I go over how to use stories to sell instead of having to be a Glen Garry Glenn Ross style hard closer.
Coffee may be for closers but there’s more than one way to make a sale!
Check it out now because I didn’t check the use status of the video so MGM may send me a cease and desist. Be sure to watch it now while it’s up!
In the video, I will share the classic scene from Glen Gary Glenn Ross, explain my 3-part structure for using stories to sell and give a ton of examples that you can use.
Watch the video, do the exercises and then if you have any questions come back here to leave them in the comments section and I will answer all comments we get!
